Since approximately February 2023, Microsoft has had a tendency to mark our login emails as spam. This can prevent users from logging in via email link. See our manual page for more information and how to fix it.
See manualUsers are sometimes missing name and the app shows the user ID instead. It looks like a long string of nonsense, like FbpeGA7iQeVkkbfeE8WS5XJNgB42. We are working to fix this also retroactively. We recommend checking the Users page to find and correct (or delete) these users
